Raised in Derbyshire, made at sea, Meeta has been woman and girl in the offshore industry turning every team she works with into her family.
Over the course of her career Meeta has worked on complex offshore construction projects, security installations in the banking sector and high value HR supply chain works across multiple business units. A shift from working across the globe with multiple disciplines, ages and backgrounds to juggling house, home and work is a set of challenges that have been embraced through advocating positive changes in flexible working by training with MS Teams. Meeta brings a varied set of transferable skills to MAD4.
As a closet PS gamer, writer, choir singer and sketcher, Meeta is a creative force at heart with the armour of a pragmatic fixer and a toolbox filled with operational experience. Her passion to help her team enables her to turn her hand and support any project no matter what stage with confidence and compassion.
Raised in Geelong and now calling Melbourne, Australia home, Chris is a proud father, seasoned traveller, keen runner, triathlon enthusiast, English Premier League football and Aussie rules fan.
Chris’s early career was spent in leadership roles in the Hospitality industry, bringing a passion for customer first strategies and appreciation for running small businesses.
Now a seasoned Retail all-rounder across in store operations leadership roles (Australia & UK), overseeing large scale project development and planning, Project finance and more recently retail & home improvement store fit out across Australia and New Zealand.
This varied background is more recently rounded out with a move into Digital e-commerce and Digital Innovation roles including online click & collect/delivery roll outs and Retail store App development. All achieved by fostering a strong ability to develop projects from start up to scale up in a short time, adding value through a low cost and team orientated outlook to any situation.
Magdalena brings a passion for process improvement from a diverse career of over 15 years, across 3 countries. Magda’s love of travel and adventure has taken her to a new life in Melbourne, Australia, one of the world’s most liveable cities.
To achieve great outcomes, ways of working are always top of mind through an Agile and Lean approach. Within the Retail sector Magda upholds a customer led and stake holder engaged approach by creating a clear line of sight from shop floor process, procurement process, through to onsite Project Delivery to capture gains in efficiencies and cost savings.
Magda’s passion for making a difference has led to volunteering work, spanning many charities across various areas within her local community. Magda is also a keen hiker, mountain biker and traveller.
